Vio.com is hiring a Senior Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

  • Multi-Channel Design: Create compelling visuals across CRM, paid media, organic social, SEO landing pages, and display formats built for both impact and performance.
  • Campaign Craft: Design creative, concept-led campaigns that elevate our storytelling and strengthen our brand in the eyes of travelers worldwide.
  • Design iteration: Constantly improve output in line with performance data and customer feedback to increase effectiveness.
  • Templates & Systems: Develop modular creative systems and visual templates that work across channels, collaborating with media partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Visual Identity: Help evolve and maintain Vio’s visual identity from typography and color to layout, iconography, and photography guidelines.
  • Creative Experimentation: Work with the acquisition, CRM, and data teams to test creative ideas, measure results, and continuously optimize.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with copywriters, and the UX design team to ensure design consistency across the full customer journey even if not owning the UX layer directly.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a senior graphic designer in a fast-paced, digital-first brand, agency, or tech environment.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates strong storytelling, brand thinking, and design execution across formats and devices.
  • Expertise in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite; comfort working with motion or video assets is a plus.
  • A hybrid mindset: brand-savvy with a performance edge, able to design for both beauty and business impact.
  • An effective communicator: able to understand briefs, explain your design decisions and advocate for quality, while being open to objective feedback.
  • Comfortable working with feedback loops, channel performance data, and collaborative review processes.
  • Consistently curious: stays up to speed with fast-changing trends, while being selective in which could deliver value in the role.
  • Exceptional attention to detail: Able to produce high quality output at scale, in line with clearly documented brand guidelines.

Nice to Have

  • Experience building for multi-market brands and adapting visual content across languages and cultures.
  • Familiarity with media channels like Meta, YouTube, or programmatic in terms of visual best practices.
