We’re seeking a skilled Senior Full-Stack Engineer to drive the development of customer-facing applications in a fully remote, cross-functional setting. You’ll take full responsibility for features—from initial discovery and technical design through implementation, testing, deployment, and refinement—ensuring they are performant, secure, and accessible.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and deliver polished features across frontend and backend systems
- Apply AI tools thoughtfully to improve coding efficiency and software quality
- Collaborate asynchronously with product, design, and customer-facing teams to achieve shared outcomes
- Improve code health by reducing technical debt, refining patterns, and leading thorough code reviews
- Mentor junior engineers through pairing, feedback, and knowledge sharing
- Contribute to infrastructure decisions and maintain reliable production systems
What We’re Looking For
You bring at least five years of professional development experience and a strong foundation in building scalable web applications. Proficiency with React, TypeScript, and GraphQL is essential, along with hands-on experience using Postgres and managing APIs. You’re comfortable owning projects from start to finish and iterating in a fast-moving environment.
Strong communication skills in a remote context are critical. We value clarity, consistency, and over-communication. You maintain high standards for code quality, testing, and security, and you’re experienced with CI/CD workflows and modern tooling.
Familiarity with Node.js, Cypress, Vitest, or Ruby on Rails is beneficial. Experience with Shape Up or similar delivery frameworks is a plus. You’re also comfortable working within a security-conscious environment and adhering to compliance standards.

We operate as a remote-first team with team members across time zones. Work is primarily async, though teams may choose to schedule occasional calls.
