We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design and implement scalable systems for a decentralized voting and governance ecosystem. In this role, you’ll take ownership of both frontend and backend development, ensuring seamless interactions between blockchain protocols and intuitive user interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain full-stack features with a focus on security, performance, and usability
- Integrate smart contracts and interact with on-chain data using web3 tools and frameworks
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into functional, user-centric solutions
- Optimize application architecture for reliability and scalability in a decentralized environment
- Write clean, testable code and contribute to technical documentation
Qualifications
Successful candidates will have a strong background in web development, experience with blockchain technologies, and a deep understanding of distributed systems. Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript, familiarity with Ethereum or similar networks, and hands-on experience with React and Node.js are essential. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative environment where ownership and problem-solving are highly valued.
