As the founding full stack AI engineer, you will lead the development of a distributed data infrastructure platform used by leading AI organizations worldwide. You'll architect and maintain robust systems that collect, process, and deliver high-quality, real-world training data across more than 150 countries and over 100 languages.
What You’ll Do
- Design and implement backend services using FastAPI to support scalable data workflows
- Develop intuitive React interfaces for internal teams, global contributors, and enterprise clients
- Build AI-driven pipelines for data classification, quality validation, and automated delivery
- Own full feature cycles—from database schema design to frontend implementation and deployment
- Ensure high performance and reliability in asynchronous processing systems handling large data volumes
- Collaborate with machine learning engineers and data specialists to deploy AI models in production
- Establish engineering standards for AI-augmented development and secure, maintainable code
- Build internal tools that improve team efficiency and system observability
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of full stack experience in live production environments
- Strong Python proficiency with hands-on work in FastAPI for API development
- Proven track record building and shipping React-based applications
- Deep expertise in SQL, including optimization, indexing, and connection management
- Production experience with PostgreSQL at scale
