About the Role
The individual will bridge customer needs with technical capabilities, providing hands-on support for AI hardware and software deployment in real-world applications.
Responsibilities
- Deliver technical guidance during pre-sales evaluations and product demonstrations
- Collaborate with sales teams to define solution architectures for client use cases
- Support integration of AI accelerators into customer systems and workflows
- Diagnose and resolve technical challenges during proof-of-concept phases
- Translate customer requirements into engineering feedback for product teams
- Develop reference designs and implementation examples for target markets
- Conduct training sessions for partners and end users on platform capabilities
- Gather field insights to inform roadmap improvements and feature development
- Assist in creating technical documentation and application notes
- Engage with R&D to escalate bugs and suggest usability enhancements
- Monitor deployment performance and recommend optimization strategies
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AI inference hardware trends
- Work closely with customers during pilot and production rollouts
- Ensure alignment between product specifications and real-world demands
- Provide input on competitive positioning based on field experience
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in a technical discipline
- Experience with AI accelerator evaluation and benchmarking
- Background in semiconductor field applications
- Exposure to automotive, industrial, or smart city applications
- Knowledge of sensor fusion or real-time processing systems
