Role Overview
This position is responsible for designing digital experiences rooted in human needs while aligning with business objectives, brand direction, and technical capabilities. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure strategies are informed by research and translated into meaningful user journeys.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional collaborators to develop cohesive, user-focused digital solutions that support strategic goals.
- Explore user challenges through research methods such as interviews, contextual studies, usability testing, and competitive analysis.
- Lead workshops and discovery sessions to uncover insights and identify opportunities for innovation.
- Transform research findings into clear strategic direction, including experience frameworks, sitemaps, and wireframes.
- Develop compelling narratives that communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders and production teams.
- Design user journeys and long-term experience roadmaps that reflect brand values and user aspirations.
Qualifications
Applicants should bring approximately five years of experience in agency or consulting settings, ideally within fast-moving or startup-like environments. A portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, experience modeling, and clear communication of design rationale is essential.
Proficiency with tools such as Figma and Miro is required to develop and share architectural documentation. Familiarity with the automotive sector is beneficial but not required.
