Lead impactful user research across the product lifecycle, shaping experiences grounded in real user behavior. As a Senior UX Researcher, you'll design and execute studies that span both qualitative and quantitative methods, from in-the-moment intercept interviews in public spaces to remote usability sessions and longitudinal diary studies across Saudi Arabia and the broader MENA region.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end research: define objectives, select methodologies, conduct studies, analyze findings, and deliver actionable insights.
- Conduct in-field and remote research with diverse user groups, capturing behaviors and needs in real-world contexts.
- Apply a balanced mix of methods—including in-depth interviews, surveys, usability testing, analytics reviews, and A/B test analysis—to uncover patterns and inform decisions.
- Synthesize complex data into clear narratives using visual frameworks, reports, and presentations that guide product and design teams.
- Work closely with product, design, and analytics to embed user understanding into development cycles.
- Advocate for user needs by communicating insights effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
- Develop scalable research practices that enhance rigor, speed, and consistency across teams.
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record leading user research from planning through to impact.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret both behavioral and attitudinal data.
- Experience conducting research in diverse settings, including on-the-ground fieldwork and remote sessions.
- Proficiency with core research tools such as user testing platforms, survey software, diary study apps, and data visualization tools.
- Comfort working in agile environments where insights must be timely and actionable.
- A deep commitment to empathy and improving real-world user experiences.
Preferred Background
- Research experience in the MENA region, especially Saudi Arabia.
- Domain knowledge in food delivery, quick commerce, or digital financial services.
- Experience evaluating A/B tests and facilitating concept testing workshops.
- Degree in psychology, human-computer interaction, or a related behavioral science field.
Work Environment
This role blends in-field research with remote activities, requiring flexibility and cultural fluency across the region. The team values analytical rigor, collaboration, and a bold, user-centered mindset—where insights directly shape product direction.
