Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end software delivery pipeline across multiple projects within a portfolio.
- Partner with business, sales, and marketing teams to define requirements, system interfaces, and scalable, reusable technical solutions.
- Promote high standards of engineering quality through practices like design reviews, continuous integration, and test-driven development.
- Actively engage in problem-solving and lead exploration of emerging technology platforms.
- Ensure the use of advanced quality assurance methods to deliver robust and reliable software.
- Recruit, develop, and retain a diverse team of skilled engineers while optimizing team performance.
- Develop and deliver compelling technology presentations for both technical and executive stakeholders.
- Assist pre-sales and solutions teams in winning new business opportunities.
- Operate within a collaborative, cross-functional environment to remove blockers and resolve challenges.
- Collaborate with client engagement leads to strengthen customer relationships.
- Manage daily operations and maintain clear, consistent communication with clients.
