We’re seeking a skilled Full Stack Software Developer to help shape the next generation of our conversational platform. This is a fully remote position within the U.S., offering flexibility and the chance to work in a supportive, inclusive environment that values innovation and personal growth.
What You’ll Do
- Design and implement scalable backend systems using Node.js and modern frameworks.
- Develop responsive and accessible user interfaces with Vue and related frontend technologies.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver meaningful features.
- Ensure high performance, reliability, and maintainability across services and applications.
- Write clean, tested code and actively participate in code reviews.
- Diagnose and resolve issues in production systems, including on-call responsibilities.
What We’re Looking For
- Professional experience building backend services with Node.js.
- Working knowledge of both relational and NoSQL databases, particularly Couchbase.
- Understanding of Git, CI/CD workflows, and software development best practices.
- Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications in cloud environments—GCP preferred, but AWS or Azure also accepted.
Nice to Have
- Experience with NestJS, React, or Angular.
- Familiarity with Vue.js for frontend development.
- Background in conversational AI or large language models, including tools like Claude.
- Exposure to internationalization, accessibility, and localization practices.

Our development environment includes JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS, Vue, Couchbase, Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab, and Agile/Scrum practices using Jira and Confluence.
