About the Role
Lead the development and optimization of digital products by aligning user needs with business goals through research, planning, and iterative improvement.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision and roadmap in alignment with company objectives
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver product features
- Conduct market and user research to identify opportunities and pain points
- Prioritize product backlog using data-driven decision-making frameworks
- Translate business requirements into actionable product specifications
- Monitor key performance indicators to assess product success
- Lead sprint planning and agile ceremonies as needed
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch and iteration
- Coordinate with stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment
- Develop go-to-market strategies in partnership with growth teams
- Evaluate technical feasibility with engineering leads during planning phases
- Communicate product updates and timelines to internal teams
- Identify scalability challenges and propose long-term solutions
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and platform guidelines
- Drive A/B testing initiatives to validate product hypotheses
- Maintain documentation for product features and decisions
- Represent product perspective in executive discussions
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies
- Support onboarding of new team members into product workflows
- Facilitate user feedback loops through surveys and usability sessions
