About the Role
The role involves owning data infrastructure across ingestion, transformation, and storage layers, enabling reliable data delivery across systems. Engineers are expected to build reusable datasets, leverage AI tools, and collaborate asynchronously across time zones with strong autonomy.
Requirements
- Demonstrated track record developing and maintaining data pipelines that operate reliably in production environments.
- Solid foundation in data and software engineering, with extensive hands-on work in Python and SQL.
- Direct experience implementing and managing ClickHouse and dbt in live production systems.
- In-depth knowledge of both streaming and batch data ingestion, including handling backfills, reprocessing workflows, and schema changes over time.
- Ability to navigate and contribute across the full data stack: from ingestion through transformation, storage, and delivery to downstream applications.
- Proven ability to design well-structured, reusable data sets that serve as core assets for cross-functional teams.
- Experience integrating AI-powered tools into daily development workflows, paired with a drive to explore emerging technical possibilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, optimized for remote and asynchronous collaboration.
- Practical, results-driven approach with a strong sense of accountability and initiative.

- Familiarity with or strong interest in blockchain data models, cryptocurrency, and Web3 technologies.
