- Develop unified event identities that bridge physical and digital platforms — from stage design to social content and event websites
- Create storyboards and motion content for keynotes and digital presentations
- Lead production processes, preparing print-ready files and overseeing quality across vendors and on-site execution
- Collaborate closely with marketing and cross-functional teams to bring experiential ideas to life
- Direct external partners, agencies, and fabricators, providing creative guidance and art direction
- Ensure scalable, system-driven design solutions that support global rollout
What We’re Looking For
- At least six years of experience in brand or experiential design with a focus on real-world events and environments
- Strong command of print production, large-format design, and physical-to-digital translation
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Illustrator, with the ability to deliver production-ready assets
- Experience managing projects independently in fast-moving, low-process environments
- Proven ability to balance creative vision with timelines, budgets, and technical constraints
- Familiarity with B2B or technology sectors
- Comfort directing external teams and presenting design decisions confidently to stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Experience using AI tools to enhance ideation or workflow efficiency
- Ability to build event websites using no-code platforms like Framer or Splash
- Basic 3D or modular design skills
- Background in industrial design
