Shape the visual identity of a growing product ecosystem by crafting clean, intentional designs that communicate complex concepts with clarity. As a Visual Designer, you’ll work across product and marketing to build compelling visuals—from executive presentations to campaign assets—that reflect a high standard of craft and brand integrity.
What You’ll Do
- Design professional, visually engaging presentations for leadership, customer meetings, and public events.
- Translate technical product details into intuitive visual stories using layout, color, and hierarchy.
- Create original illustrations, icons, and graphics that enhance brand expression.
- Collaborate with marketing to produce launch materials, digital content, and campaign assets.
- Help maintain and evolve the company’s visual language across platforms and touchpoints.
- Ensure consistency in design quality across documentation, web, and in-product experiences.
- Support the design team with polished UI elements and branded visuals when needed.
- Contribute to the design system by refining visual standards and guidelines.
- Work with cross-functional partners to elevate the overall aesthetic of organizational outputs.
- Stay informed about emerging design trends and tools to inform creative decisions.
- Champion precision in typography, spacing, color theory, and composition.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a comparable body of work.
- A portfolio demonstrating expertise in presentation design, branding, illustration, and marketing visuals.
- Strong command of visual principles including layout, contrast, and information hierarchy.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Experience designing for Google Slides, PowerPoint, or Keynote at an executive level.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
