RapidFort was looking for a Senior Backend Engineer, Internal Software

HRL Laboratories is looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to build and maintain critical internal software systems. You will be a key contributor to the tools and platforms that power our research and development efforts.

What You'll Do

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services for internal software
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions
  • Ensure high code quality, performance, and reliability of systems
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a senior-level backend engineer
  • Strong background in designing and implementing complex, scalable software systems
  • Ability to work independently and drive projects to completion
  • Excellent communication skills for a remote work environment

Work Mode

This is a fully remote position. Candidates must be based in or near Berkeley, CA, or Fremont, CA.
