As a Senior AI Product Manager, you will guide AI and machine learning projects from concept to deployment, ensuring alignment with core business objectives in fraud prevention, customer retention, and revenue growth. Your leadership will shape the direction of high-impact initiatives within global Telecom and Fintech environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive full lifecycle development of AI/ML solutions, from ideation to production rollout.
- Develop clear project roadmaps with defined KPIs that reflect business priorities and measurable outcomes.
- Lead and mentor diverse technical teams, including data engineers and machine learning specialists, across multiple regions.
- Partner with senior executives to ensure solution adoption and deliver clear return on investment.
- Enforce compliance with data governance, security standards, and industry regulations.
- Stay current with advancements in AI technologies and recommend process or product improvements.
Qualifications
Applicants should bring over a decade of project or product management experience, with at least five years focused on delivering AI and machine learning solutions. Deep understanding of AI systems, MLOps, and Agile methodologies is essential. Prior work in Telco or Fintech domains—particularly in fraud detection, risk modeling, or digital banking analytics—is strongly preferred.
Proven success managing international teams and engaging C-suite stakeholders is required. You must be able to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and align technology outcomes with business value. English fluency is mandatory.
Preferred Background
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum are advantageous.
- Proficiency in French is a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud-based AI platforms including Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, or GCP Vertex AI is beneficial.
Work Environment
This role operates in a hybrid model with team locations in Madagascar, Egypt, Dubai (UAE), and France. Remote work is supported for candidates based in Egypt, Dubai, or France, with Madagascar serving as the primary hub. You’ll collaborate across time zones with multidisciplinary teams and executive leaders.
