As the primary driver of market expansion in France and Francophone regions, you will shape and execute a strategic approach to grow adoption of cutting-edge 3D digital twin technology across transmission and distribution networks. Your focus will be on engaging utility operators, engineering firms, and infrastructure consultants to demonstrate how advanced simulation and AI-powered modeling can transform grid planning, resilience, and operations.
What You’ll Do
- Design and lead go-to-market initiatives across France, North Africa, Switzerland, and Belgium, targeting national and regional energy infrastructure players.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle—from initial outreach through technical evaluations, stakeholder alignment, and contract finalization—with deals often spanning 6 to 18 months.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with utility decision-makers, EPCs, and consulting engineers, guiding them through complex procurement and pilot processes.
- Work closely with product and marketing teams to adapt messaging and positioning to local regulatory frameworks and industry expectations.
- Leverage deep understanding of geospatial systems, grid operations, or simulation software to position solutions effectively within technical environments.
What We’re Looking For
You have a background selling enterprise software into utility or infrastructure sectors, with a proven ability to navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles. Fluency in French is essential, and strong English skills are required to collaborate with global teams. You’re comfortable owning a market independently, setting priorities, and driving momentum through extended pilot phases.
Experience with digital twins, GIS platforms, physics-based modeling, or utility management systems is a strong advantage. Success in this role means combining technical insight with consultative selling to deliver solutions that enhance grid safety, efficiency, and climate resilience.
Why This Matters
You’re not just selling software—you’re advancing systems that help maintain reliable power and protect communities from growing climate risks. You’ll have full ownership of the French market with access to global resources, direct support from leadership, and a performance-aligned commission structure built for the scale and complexity of the region.
Our culture values ownership, impact, and innovation. We’re a team deeply committed to using AI and machine learning to solve real-world infrastructure challenges—and we’re looking for someone who shares that focus.
