What You’ll Do
- Partner with scientists and technical teams to uncover high-impact applications for AI and machine learning in drug discovery, CMC, or quality environments
- Define clear, actionable requirements for software solutions that meet the needs of R&D and quality-focused users
- Convert complex laboratory processes into structured data models and integration strategies
- Work directly with customers on-site to understand challenges and drive adoption of data-centric tools
- Take full ownership of data outcomes—enriching, analyzing, and connecting data to maximize its utility
- Advocate for best practices in data architecture and system design within scientific computing environments
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in life sciences, particularly in drug discovery, preclinical development, CMC, or Quality
- Strong ability to interpret scientific workflows and convert them into technical data requirements
- A strategic, fast-moving mindset with a focus on innovation and problem-solving
- Comfort working in software-rich environments with fluency in data systems and their technical constraints
- Demonstrated success in extracting value from scientific data using AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics
- Willingness to engage directly with customers and lead change through collaboration
