About the Role

Responsibilities
- Create detailed pool and spa layouts using design software
- Assess client property dimensions and topography for feasibility
- Collaborate with clients to understand aesthetic and functional preferences
- Produce 3D renderings and visualizations of proposed designs
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes and safety regulations
- Coordinate with engineering teams for structural and plumbing integration
- Revise plans based on client feedback and site constraints
- Prepare cost estimates for materials and construction phases
- Recommend appropriate materials and finishes based on climate and usage
- Maintain accurate project documentation and design archives
- Support installation teams with on-site guidance when necessary

Design Portfolio Requirement
