Shape the technical direction of boutique hospitality projects from design development through to construction in a fully remote role. We are seeking a skilled Technical Architect to join our multidisciplinary team, focusing on translating design intent into coordinated, buildable solutions for high-end residential and hospitality assets.
What You’ll Do
- Advance designs from RIBA Stage 3 to construction, producing accurate Revit models and documentation packages
- Develop detailed technical drawings, assemblies, and construction-level details that align with design goals and regulatory standards
- Coordinate architectural models with structural, MEP, and interior disciplines using BIM workflows and Navisworks
- Identify and resolve interdisciplinary clashes, proposing practical and integrated solutions
- Build and maintain standardized Revit families, typologies, and detail libraries to streamline workflows
- Support tender and construction documentation, ensuring compliance with codes, specifications, and local regulations
- Lead the development of project-specific systems, including façades, roofs, and technical components based on material performance
- Conduct quality assurance on models and drawings, identifying risks early in the process
- Collaborate with procurement on material specs, quantities, and product compatibility
- Stay current with evolving construction methods, building systems, and BIM automation tools
- Mentor junior staff and BIM modelers, helping to shape department-wide technical standards
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Architecture or related field
- 5–10 years of architectural experience, with a focus on low-rise residential or hospitality projects
- Proven expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
- Strong understanding of construction documentation, building regulations, and technical detailing
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Portfolio demonstrating technical proficiency and design coordination
Preferred Skills
- Advanced Revit skills, including parametric families, freeform modeling, and terrain
- Experience with Rhino, Enscape, and complex BIM coordination
Work Environment
This is a fully remote position with a global team. You’ll be expected to attend daily meetings during CET working hours (9–17 or 10–18). The role requires a disciplined, detail-oriented approach and the ability to lead technical workflows independently while collaborating across disciplines.
