Responsibilities
- Review, edit, and refine AI-generated copy and visual content across therapeutic areas—from branded HCP leave-behinds to unbranded patient education materials.
- Make changes to documents in PDF, Figma, and HTML formats, with tasks ranging from simple textual changes to more complex design modifications, all submitted through the company platform.
- Adjust and optimize AI-generated layouts, graphics, and design elements to ensure brand compliance and visual impact.
- Guide our AI models on tone, style, visual hierarchy, and structure by shaping prompts, curating training examples, and evaluating both written and visual outputs.
- Collaborate with copywriters to ensure content alignment with client requirements, and with the product & engineering teams to improve model performance for both copy and design generation based on real brand content needs.
- Capture user feedback from brand and agency partners to continuously improve how the platform generates integrated creative content.
- Help define creative and editorial standards that balance scientific accuracy, brand voice, visual impact, marketing clarity, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Must have at least 1 to 2 years of graphic design experience
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) and Figma, with experience using these tools to refine and adjust layouts and graphics.
- Proven experience with HTML/CSS
- Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) in a life science, communications, design, or related field
- A passion for language, visual storytelling, and the challenge of optimizing AI-generated content that informs, inspires, and engages through multiple touchpoints.
- Interest in AI and how it can transform both written and visual content creation—no technical background required, just curiosity and a builder mindset.
- Superb communication and collaboration skills. We believe in direct communication and willingness to provide as well as accept criticism.
- Unreal work ethic. Diamonds were not made overnight.
- Must have their own equipment
Nice to Have
- Advanced degree (Pharm.D., M.S., MPH, Ph.D.) or design certification preferred
- Familiarity with content types used across the pharma lifecycle: launch materials, MOA visuals, disease education, mechanism messaging, sales aids, etc.
- Understanding of healthcare marketing compliance and how design adjustments impact regulatory approval processes.
- HTML experience is a plus
- Experience working in the Life Sciences industry is highly preferred.
