Role Overview
We’re looking for a detail-focused Graphic Designer to contribute creative expertise to our marketing initiatives. You’ll play a central role in developing visually engaging materials across print and digital formats, supporting content strategy, lead generation, and event campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality print collateral such as brochures, postcards, flyers, and event signage
- Produce digital graphics including social media visuals for LinkedIn and Facebook
- Develop infographics and illustrative content to enhance blog posts and thought leadership
- Create branded promotional items and swag for events and outreach campaigns
- Design landing page assets and campaign elements using HubSpot
- Build professional presentation decks in PowerPoint for internal and client-facing use
- Support WordPress sites with visual content updates and layout adjustments
- Maintain brand integrity across all deliverables and platforms
Qualifications
You bring a solid foundation in graphic design with a focus on marketing applications. Your portfolio demonstrates experience across both physical and digital media.
- Minimum of 3 years in a graphic design role, preferably within marketing or an in-house setting
- Expert-level skill in Adobe InDesign is required
- Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Adobe Creative Suite tools
- Strong ability in designing effective PowerPoint presentations
- Proven experience with print production and digital asset creation
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities
- Clear communicator who works well with cross-functional teams
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with WordPress for content or design updates
- Experience using HubSpot or similar marketing automation systems
- Background in B2B marketing or event-driven campaigns
