We're seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to play a key role in delivering reliable, high-performing software solutions. You'll work hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams to validate systems built on cloud platforms, including Salesforce, SaaS applications, and integrated automation workflows enhanced by AI components.
What You'll Do
- Review business requirements and user stories to shape effective test strategies and uncover potential risks
- Design and run functional, regression, and exploratory test cycles across diverse project types
- Verify core business logic, API integrations using REST and OAuth 2.0, and end-to-end system behavior
- Test automation flows, user interfaces, and backend services tailored to project needs
- Partner with developers, architects, and analysts to integrate quality practices early in the development lifecycle
- Support user acceptance testing, document results clearly, and ensure issues are thoroughly tracked
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in QA within cloud-based environments, particularly Salesforce or B2B SaaS platforms
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Familiarity with tools such as Postman, Jira, and Selenium
- Hands-on experience testing APIs and authentication protocols like OAuth 2.0
- Understanding of how business processes translate into technical implementations
- Experience with performance and load testing concepts
- Background in test automation frameworks
- Strong problem-solving skills and a naturally curious mindset
- Clear and effective communication abilities
Nice-to-Have
- ISTQB or equivalent certification
- Knowledge of Salesforce modules including Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud
- Exposure to AppExchange tools such as Formstack, Calendly, or S-Drive
Work Environment
This role is based in Poland with flexibility for remote work. You’ll be part of a technically diverse team delivering solutions across cloud ecosystems, APIs, and integrated platforms using modern tooling and practices.
Compensation
Hourly rate ranges from 100.0 to 160.0 PLN, aligned with experience and technical proficiency.
