Responsibilities
- Create and execute quality assurance methods to verify products and services meet defined standards and technical requirements.
- Perform routine evaluations of production workflows, raw materials, and final outputs to detect flaws or deviations.
- Lead investigations into the root causes of quality failures and implement corrective and preventive measures.
- Engage in reviewing customer input and address concerns related to product performance and dependability.
- Evaluate quality and reliability data to monitor performance trends and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
- Work with multidisciplinary teams across engineering, manufacturing, and logistics to resolve quality issues and support continuous improvement.
- Produce and manage quality-related documentation such as standard operating procedures, work guides, and compliance records.
- Monitor evolving industry standards, regulations, and innovations in quality and reliability practices to enhance internal processes.
