About the Role

This role is responsible for understanding product functionality and customer needs to help guide improvements, enable go-to-market strategies, and support internal and external stakeholders through clear communication of product value.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers to define and refine feature requirements
  • Translate technical product details into accessible content for non-technical audiences
  • Support customer onboarding by demonstrating product capabilities and use cases

  • Serve as a subject matter expert during sales engagements and customer meetings
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product roadmap and upcoming releases
  • Troubleshoot user issues and escalate technical problems when necessary
  • Work closely with customer success to ensure smooth product implementation
  • Contribute to product documentation and knowledge base articles
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive product offerings
  • Participate in sprint planning and product review meetings
  • Facilitate workshops to collect user requirements and validate designs
  • Ensure product compliance with accessibility and usability standards
  • Coordinate with support teams to resolve recurring product-related issues
  • Track and report on customer satisfaction related to product experience
  • Assist in localization efforts for global product rollouts
