About the Role
The role involves owning the mobile product roadmap, defining features, and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality mobile applications. The candidate will gather user insights, prioritize initiatives, and ensure alignment across engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision for mobile platforms
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and refine mobile features
- Conduct user research to identify pain points and opportunities
- Translate customer feedback into actionable product improvements
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for mobile applications
- Prioritize product backlog based on user needs and business impact
- Work closely with UX designers to ensure intuitive user interfaces
- Develop product specifications and requirements documentation
- Coordinate release schedules and deployment timelines
- Monitor key performance metrics to assess product success
- Partner with marketing and support teams to ensure smooth product launches
- Stay current with mobile technology trends and competitive landscape
- Ensure compliance with platform-specific guidelines and standards
- Advocate for the end-user throughout the development process
- Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and testing
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in Business or Technology-related field
- Experience in a fast-growing startup environment
- Prior work on mission-driven or civic technology products
- Familiarity with law enforcement or public safety workflows
- Hands-on experience with prototyping tools like Figma or Sketch
