Shape the future of connectivity in travel technology by leading product strategy for integrated hotel inventory systems. In this role, you'll define the roadmap for how we connect with partners through APIs and third-party platforms, ensuring reliable, high-performance data exchange that directly impacts business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product vision for connectivity, including technology choices, partner ecosystem strategy, and integration scope
- Use data on conversion rates, inventory availability, and margin performance to identify and prioritize high-impact initiatives
- Lead the integration lifecycle with providers such as channel managers, property management systems (PMS), and central reservation systems (CRS) via XML APIs
- Monitor and improve integration health by tracking latency, error rates, and system reliability
- Test and refine user experience and product merchandising strategies to boost performance
- Build self-service tools and workflows that empower internal teams to operate efficiently
- Implement structured performance reviews using dashboards, A/B testing, and continuous feedback mechanisms
What You Bring
- Proven track record in product management, ideally within a technology-intensive environment
- Strong analytical ability to interpret metrics and guide product decisions
- Hands-on experience managing integrations with third-party platforms using XML APIs
- Demonstrated success in defining product strategies with measurable business impact
- Experience monitoring and optimizing integration performance
- Skill in running controlled experiments and establishing feedback-driven development cycles
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, data, business, and operations teams
- Familiarity with building internal tools that improve team autonomy and efficiency
