Hike is looking for a Product Intern to join our team. In this remote role, you will be integral to understanding our users and driving product decisions within our gaming universe. You’ll work cross-functionally with design, engineering, and marketing to bring new ideas to life.
What You'll Do
- Understand users through interviews, surveys, and conversations.
- Turn data, feedback, and trends into actionable insights for product decisions.
- Track sprints, test features, and help fix bugs to keep projects moving.
- Help launch new features by planning release campaigns and sending push notifications.
- Coordinate with external partners and vendors to meet product goals.
- Work closely with design, engineering, and marketing teams to execute on ideas.
- Stay organized by keeping track of plans, notes, and project updates.
What We're Looking For
- A deep curiosity for understanding what people need through interviews, surveys, or conversations.
- Comfort taking messy data and turning it into useful insights.
- Project management skills to track progress, help fix issues, and keep work on schedule.
- Strong communication skills to keep teammates and external partners informed.
Nice to Have
- Experience with project management tools like Jira or ClickUp.
