Responsibilities
- Collaborate with manufacturing test, product engineering, and design teams to guide testing approaches, prioritize tasks, and enhance product quality and yield.
- Create innovative design-for-test strategies and test frameworks to increase test coverage, efficiency, and reduce test duration for future product generations.
- Analyze failure data using electrical and physical diagnostics to determine root causes and refine test methods accordingly.
- Improve test procedures and pattern configurations to minimize test time and maximize throughput and operational efficiency.
- Enable validation of emerging architectures, process technologies, and device features using feedback from reliability and stress testing data.
