About the Role
The engineer will lead integration and testing initiatives, support product development, and deliver technical solutions across internal teams and customer applications.
Responsibilities
- Develop and validate end-to-end solutions using company hardware and software to address complex technical challenges.
- Create, document, and carry out integration test strategies, including embedded firmware, hardware, and system-level functional assessments.
- Identify product or feature gaps and lead evaluations, field trials, and testing for new offerings and accessories.
- Provide technical support to internal teams and clients by troubleshooting, analyzing issues, and offering system integration guidance, both remotely and on-site.
- Enhance reliability of existing features through iterative firmware and hardware improvements under real-world conditions.
- Assist sales engineering with demonstration prep, training, and reproducing field-reported bugs.
- Collaborate on customer-facing materials such as user manuals, application notes, instructional videos, and guides.
- Travel up to 25% domestically and internationally for customer support, training, integration, and field demonstrations.
Compensation
CA Pay Range: $180,000 — $220,000 USD. Actual pay varies based on experience and qualifications.
Work Arrangement
100% onsite, Monday through Friday in Irvine, CA.
