Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior product leadership, offering guidance on integrated marketing technology capabilities and helping set team direction.
- Develop and sustain comprehensive MarTech capability designs, covering customer journey orchestration, personalization engines, content systems, and data analytics platforms.
- Maintain end-to-end visibility of the marketing technology ecosystem, ensuring seamless data movement, integration points, and system interdependencies support scalability and regulatory compliance.
- Assess new and evolving technologies to inform decisions between purchasing solutions or building in-house, prioritizing long-term viability and system interoperability.
- Promote efficiency by designing modular, reusable components, shared services, and standardized application programming interfaces to minimize redundancy.
- Partner with product owners, software engineers, and business leaders to shape the evolution of capabilities and guide platform-level strategy.
- Provide executive-level consultation on marketing technology integrations, platform investments, and opportunities for innovation.
- Create governance models for platform utilization, data consistency, and clear ownership of technical capabilities.
- Analyze system performance metrics, adoption trends, and technical debt to guide product roadmaps and optimization initiatives.
- Design and manage the operational rhythm for marketing technology leadership, including staff meetings, leadership sessions, quarterly business reviews, all-hands events, and board reporting preparation.
- Document key decisions, commitments, and performance indicators on behalf of the marketing technology product organization.
- Support enterprise-wide planning by modeling future architectural states and identifying areas for consolidation or innovation.
- Ensure marketing technology solutions are scalable, compliant, and high-performing to support modern digital marketing functions.
- Advance innovation by aligning technology investments with business goals, simplifying systems, and focusing on measurable outcomes.

- Travel: Occasional travel to company offices for training or meetings may be required.
- Work-At-Home Requirements: Minimum recommended internet speeds are 25 mbps download and 10 mbps upload; wired, cable, or DSL connections are advised. Satellite, cellular, or microwave may be used only with leadership approval. Employees in California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota receive a bi-weekly internet stipend. Telephone equipment is provided for home or hybrid roles. Work must occur in a private, distraction-free space to safeguard member PHI and HIPAA data.
- Language Requirements: Any employee communicating with members in a non-English language must pass a third-party language proficiency assessment. Candidates may be required to complete the Interagency Language Rating (ILR) test administered by the Federal Government.
