Requirements
- Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Analytics and Information Systems, Engineering or related field and 6 years of experience in the following:
- Large Language Models (LLMs), including developing conversational AI systems such as chatbots using technologies including NLP, LLM & AI to enhance process efficiency and user engagement;
- AWS services including EC2 and S3;
- Python and SQL for performing advanced data analysis;
- Conducting process and systems analysis, gathering and documenting requirements, and translating business needs into technical specifications to drive the successful implementation of AI and ML projects;
- Articulating and presenting system solutions and approaches to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives and facilitating the adoption of AI and ML technologies to address critical business challenges;
- Working with Agile Scrum methodologies, participating in release trains, and adhering to validated quality processes and SDLC standards;
- Exploring emerging AI/ML trends, evaluating technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs), and recommending innovative solutions to solve complex business challenges.
