What You’ll Do
- Research, train, and fine-tune reinforcement learning and machine learning models to solve high-value business challenges
- Design and deploy production-ready AI systems that optimize for accuracy, speed, and resource efficiency
- Work closely with algorithms and data engineering teams to deliver solutions that meaningfully influence revenue outcomes
- Establish robust, repeatable processes for transitioning models from development to live environments
- Monitor model performance across stages, from local development through production deployment
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience delivering machine learning solutions that serve live users at scale
- Strong background in end-to-end model development and deployment in production settings
- Proficiency in Python and writing clean, maintainable code for production systems
- Hands-on experience with SQL, data analysis, and cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in fast-moving environments
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating across time zones and disciplines
- Familiarity with Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar data platforms
Nice to Have
- Experience with reinforcement learning, multi-armed bandits, or similar techniques
- Knowledge of Java or Golang
- Background working with Google Cloud and BigQuery
