About the Role
The candidate will drive architecture, design, and verification of cutting-edge hardware components, ensuring alignment with product requirements and industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of high-speed digital and mixed-signal integrated circuits
- Define and implement hardware architectures for next-generation semiconductor devices
- Collaborate with software and systems teams to ensure end-to-end solution integration
- Perform detailed circuit analysis and simulation to validate performance
- Own the design from concept through production, including tape-out support
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team-wide technical excellence
- Develop test plans and support validation across lab and system environments
- Ensure designs meet power, performance, and area targets
- Work closely with manufacturing teams to resolve yield and reliability issues
- Contribute to intellectual property development through patentable innovations
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend integration into future designs
- Participate in design reviews and present technical findings to stakeholders
- Troubleshoot complex hardware issues across multiple platforms
- Ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards
- Drive continuous improvement in design methodologies and tools
- Support product documentation and technical specifications
- Interface with external partners and vendors on co-development efforts
- Optimize hardware for scalability and long-term maintainability
- Contribute to roadmap planning for future hardware generations
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of semiconductor trends and advancements
- Ensure robustness of designs under real-world operating conditions
- Lead failure analysis and root cause investigations
- Support customer-facing engineering teams with technical deep dives
- Develop and maintain detailed design documentation
- Promote design-for-test and design-for-manufacturability principles
