As the Platform Product Manager, you will lead a sprint-driven team responsible for advancing the ecommerce capabilities of 11 real estate brands. Operating across four distinct technology environments, your focus will be on delivering consistent, measurable gains in conversion, user experience, and platform scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and end-to-end delivery of ecommerce initiatives
- Represent ecommerce technology interests on a cross-functional leadership committee
- Drive performance improvements across website experience, merchandising effectiveness, and system reliability
- Orchestrate alignment between development, product, and business teams to ensure efficient execution
- Provide hands-on operational leadership for platform-level product efforts
