As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will shape and execute pricing and promotional strategies that directly impact profitability and growth. Your work will center on leveraging data to refine how products are priced, bundled, and promoted, ensuring sustainable improvements in core business metrics.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and lead strategic initiatives around pricing, bundling, and promotions across multiple direct-to-consumer brands
- Design and manage sophisticated experimentation roadmaps that go beyond simple A/B tests to uncover meaningful insights
- Use data to improve unit economics, Average Order Value (AOV), Average Order Margin (AOM), and Revenue Per Sale (RPS)
- Collaborate with Campaign Success Managers and Network Traffic teams to implement insights and scale winning strategies
- Translate complex findings into actionable plans that drive performance
