Lola Blankets is seeking a Senior Product Designer to distill complex problems into holistic software experiences. In this role, you'll collaborate cross-functionally to deliver significant value to our diverse customer base.
What You'll Do
- Create thoughtful end-to-end user experiences that simplify complexity and unify interactions across our platform.
- Own the end-to-end user journey and all aspects of design execution—from ideation, to prototyping, user testing, final design, and implementation support.
- Partner closely with product management, engineering, and leadership to design and deliver features that align with the business’s top priorities.
- Conduct research with customers as needed, synthesizing insights and broadcasting findings across the organization.
- Advocate for the UX needs of our diverse customer base by leveraging data and in-depth research to champion user-centric decisions.
- Build and maintain comprehensive documentation while expanding our growing Design System.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of SaaS Software Product Design experience.
- A strong portfolio showing direct responsibility for the success of high-impact technical projects.
- Experience with design tools such as Figma and Sketch.
- Experience in creating, contributing to, and maintaining a design system.
- Experience using principles of visual design and information architecture to create intuitive user interfaces.
- Experience analyzing and synthesizing data and research into actionable insights.
- Demonstrated ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility in system-level decisions.
- Track record of designing and shipping enterprise or B2B/SaaS experiences; ideally in IT Operations, System Administration, or Software Support.
- Humble, collaborative approach to partnering with product managers, engineers, leadership, and customers.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Software Engineering.

You'll join a multi-disciplinary squad with product designers, product owners, and software engineers. The role works cross-functionally with just about every team within Lola Blankets.

- Compensation range: $110,000 to $150,000 per year for candidates in CA, CO, MD, NJ, WA, and NY.
Work Mode
This is a hybrid position open to candidates in the USA (CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, KS, MA, MD, ME, NJ, NC, NY, OR, TN, TX, VA, WA), with a focus on Austin, TX and Tampa, FL.
