Role Overview
We’re looking for an experienced AI Video Artist to shape and deliver high-impact video content for digital advertising. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the full editing and post-production pipeline, creating ads that drive user acquisition and engagement across social and adult-adjacent platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce conversion-focused video ads optimized for platforms including TikTok, pre-roll networks, and adult sites
- Lead end-to-end editing and post-production, ensuring content is emotionally resonant and visually dynamic
- Work with creative and marketing teams to develop storyboards and concepts grounded in campaign goals and performance metrics
- Integrate generative AI tools—such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, and Runway—into your workflow to accelerate production and expand creative possibilities
- Iterate quickly based on performance data and feedback, maintaining quality under tight timelines
- Adapt content across formats, aspect ratios, and platform-specific requirements
- Stay current with trends in short-form video and NSFW advertising to inform innovative approaches
- Ensure all content meets platform guidelines and brand standards while exploring bold creative directions
What We’re Looking For
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience in video editing for paid digital campaigns, with a strong portfolio to match
- Deep understanding of pacing, motion design, sound design, and narrative structure in performance creative
- Proven use of AI-powered image and video generation tools in real-world editing workflows
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro
- Familiarity with KPIs like CTR, CR, CPM, and ROAS, and the ability to refine creative based on data
- Native-level fluency in English
- Experience in adult, dating, or igaming verticals is a strong plus
