This role is responsible for reviewing and validating marketing materials to ensure they meet quality standards, function correctly across platforms, and align with brand guidelines before public release.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate marketing assets for accuracy, consistency, and compliance
- Test digital content across multiple devices and platforms
- Identify and document errors or inconsistencies in campaigns
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to resolve issues
- Maintain detailed records of QA findings and resolutions
- Verify proper functionality of links, forms, and tracking codes
- Ensure brand guidelines are followed in all deliverables
- Review email campaigns for content and formatting accuracy
- Support timely delivery of error-free marketing materials
- Conduct pre-launch checks for digital and print assets
- Assist in developing QA checklists and testing protocols
- Report on quality trends and recurring issues
- Provide feedback to improve content creation processes
- Monitor live campaigns for post-release issues
- Validate localization accuracy for regional content
- Ensure accessibility standards are met in digital assets
- Track version control for marketing collateral
- Assist in onboarding new team members to QA workflows
- Stay updated on marketing technology and QA best practices
- Support A/B testing validation and result documentation
