This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining AI-driven systems that support HR, Finance, Operations, and other departments. You'll build custom AI assistants and copilots that reduce manual effort, accelerate processes, and enhance decision-making across the organization.
What You’ll Do
- Design and deploy AI-powered agents tailored to business needs in HR, Finance, and beyond
- Develop automated workflows using generative AI, APIs, and middleware platforms
- Apply prompt engineering and agentic patterns to improve AI accuracy and reliability
- Integrate AI capabilities into service desks, onboarding systems, and knowledge repositories
- Build and maintain connections between AI tools and enterprise platforms like identity providers, HR systems, and collaboration software
- Create scalable architectures that evolve with organizational demands
- Monitor automation performance, measuring impact through adoption, efficiency gains, and user feedback
- Collaborate with IT and Security teams to ensure deployments meet compliance and data privacy standards
- Document solutions and support teams adopting AI-enhanced workflows
- Stay ahead of advancements in AI and automation to inform strategy and innovation
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of direct experience with AI platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Azure OpenAI
- 3–5 years in automation, process engineering, or data systems development
- Proven ability to deliver production-grade automation solutions
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, and agent-based AI design
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript for integration and scripting
- Familiarity with automation tools like Okta Workflows, Zapier, Make.com, or n8n
- Solid grasp of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and API lifecycle management
- Experience using Postman, Git, and modern development workflows
- Knowledge of enterprise AI platforms including Microsoft Copilot Studio, Salesforce Einstein, or ServiceNow AI
- Understanding of vector databases and semantic search systems
- Familiarity with identity management (Okta, Azure AD) and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Background in serverless architectures, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
- Experience with data reporting and visualization tools

Compensation
Base salary ranges from $96,720 to $138,338, depending on location and experience. Roles are eligible for stock options. Final offers reflect individual qualifications and business requirements.
