Responsibilities
- Create and optimize prospect lists; maintain attribution tracking
- Build and maintain Sigma reports and customizations for marketing team
- Suggest changes to campaigns, strategies, and budget allocation
- Maintain an understanding of the flow of data between marketing applications
- Analyze demographics and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or a related data role
- Working knowledge of SQL, with experience querying data in Snowflake or similar data warehouses
- Hands-on experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Sigma, Hex, Looker, or equivalent platforms
- Expert-level proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including advanced data manipulation and analysis
- Familiarity with marketing systems and data sources such as SFDC, Customer.io, Shopify, and advertising platforms
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand and work across complex, interconnected marketing datasets
- Self-directed, collaborative communicator who can translate data into clear insights and recommendations for non-technical stakeholders
