Lead analytics strategy and execution for a growing organization focused on transforming K-12 education through data. As Manager, Enterprise Analytics, you'll build and guide a team that turns complex data into clear, actionable insights, enabling leadership to make informed decisions and improve operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, develop, and lead a small team of analysts, cultivating a culture of collaboration, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Design and execute analytics strategies that align with organizational goals, ensuring insights directly support business priorities.
- Deliver in-depth analysis, predictive modeling, and custom reporting to guide leadership and enhance efficiency.
- Develop and maintain enterprise dashboards and KPI tracking systems to monitor performance at all levels.
- Create reusable data models, visualization templates, and analytics tools to scale capabilities across departments.
- Partner with stakeholders across functions to ensure analytics initiatives meet real-world needs and build internal capacity.
- Advance proficiency in core tools including Power BI, SQL, Python, and Snowflake, promoting best practices and automation.
Qualifications & Experience
Candidates should bring at least seven years in analytics or data-centric roles, with a minimum of three years leading teams or managing analytics functions. You must have hands-on technical experience with business intelligence platforms, statistical modeling, and data visualization.
Required skills include proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Python, along with a demonstrated ability to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, as is a genuine interest in K–12 education and how data can improve outcomes from leadership to the classroom.
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Business, or a related quantitative field is expected. Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems, forecasting techniques, or learner analytics is a plus.
