Life Insurance Benefits Advisor – Remote (Ohio & Georgia)
Role Overview
We’re seeking a dedicated advisor to support union members and their families across Ohio and Georgia through virtual consultations. You’ll provide clear, compassionate guidance on life insurance and supplemental benefit options, helping individuals make informed decisions about their coverage. This is a full-time, remote position with no cold calling—every lead is pre-qualified and has requested assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual meetings with union members interested in benefits education
- Explain life insurance and supplemental coverage options in simple, accessible terms
- Assist families in selecting and enrolling in plans that meet their needs
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships for long-term support
- Stay compliant with Ohio resident and Georgia non-resident licensing requirements
Qualifications
We welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds, especially those with experience in customer service, sales, the military, public service, or union settings. While no insurance experience is required, you must be a U.S. resident and willing to obtain your life insurance license—we’ll support you through the entire process.
- U.S. residency required
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
- Self-directed and organized when working remotely

- Must obtain and maintain life insurance licensing (assistance provided)
