Position Overview
Two95 International is seeking qualified remote interpreters fluent in Khmer or Tagalog. This role supports spoken language interpretation across various professional contexts, including healthcare, legal, and social services.
Responsibilities
- Deliver real-time, accurate interpretation between English and either Khmer or Tagalog
- Maintain neutrality and confidentiality during all interpreting sessions
- Adapt tone and terminology to suit different settings such as medical appointments, interviews, or administrative meetings
- Ensure cultural nuances are appropriately conveyed to support mutual understanding
- Work scheduled shifts remotely using provided digital platforms
Qualifications
- Fluency in both English and either Khmer or Tagalog, with strong command of formal and colloquial expressions
- Proven experience in spoken interpretation, preferably in professional or institutional environments
- Familiarity with technical vocabulary used in legal, medical, or government contexts
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace required
Logistics
This is a work-from-home position with flexible scheduling. Candidates must be available for shifts during standard business hours. Training and onboarding will be provided. This role does not require translation of written documents—focus is strictly on verbal interpretation.
