What You'll Do
- Design and implement automated legal workflows and document processing systems.

What We're Looking For
- Strong programming skills with 3+ years of software development experience.
- Understanding of German legal processes and terminology.
- Experience in legal tech or legal operations.
- Knowledge of legal document structures and workflows.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
- Ability to translate complex legal requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience in agile development methodologies.
- Fluent in spoken and written German.
- Good English skills.
