Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated legal workflows and document processing systems

- Write clean, maintainable code following team standards
- Develop and maintain API integrations
- Implement and optimize machine learning models for legal use cases

Requirements
- Strong programming skills with 3+ years of software development experience
- Fluent in spoken and written German
- Good English skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills to work effectively in a cross-functional team
- Ability to translate complex legal requirements into technical solutions
- Experience in agile development methodologies
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in some of our tech stack would be a huge plus: Python (Django, FastAPI), TypeScript/JavaScript, React/Vue.js, Docker, PostgreSQL, AWS
- Experience with machine learning technologies (optional)
- Experience with API development and integration
- Understanding of german legal processes and terminology
