About the Role
The ideal candidate will lead the development and maintenance of scalable BI systems, mentor team members, and ensure alignment between data architecture and business goals.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-wide business intelligence frameworks
- Lead the creation of data models, ETL pipelines, and reporting dashboards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators and metrics
- Optimize query performance and ensure data accuracy across platforms
- Guide best practices in data visualization and dashboard usability
- Manage version control and deployment of BI assets
- Support data governance and compliance initiatives
- Troubleshoot and resolve data inconsistencies and system issues
- Evaluate and integrate new BI tools and technologies
- Document technical specifications and system workflows
- Drive automation of reporting processes to improve efficiency
- Ensure scalability and reliability of analytics infrastructure
- Partner with data engineering teams on data pipeline integration
- Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards
- Provide technical leadership during project planning and execution
Nice to Have
- Master's degree in a technical or analytical discipline
- Experience in healthcare or life sciences data environments
- Certifications in BI or cloud data platforms
- Hands-on experience with DAX and Power BI service administration
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements for health data
