Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial contact for handling all internal IT inquiries and service requests.
- Diagnose and fix routine problems related to computers, software applications, and connected devices.
- Forward advanced technical problems to experienced staff with detailed notes and background information.
- Manage, update, and document support cases using an IT service management platform.
- Support the setup and configuration of workstations, mobile devices, and standard software according to organizational policies.
- Assist in creating, modifying, and maintaining user accounts, including password recovery and access provisioning.
- Help track and organize inventories of IT assets and software licensing data.
- Deliver hands-on technical help in office settings, including equipment relocation and meeting room technology support.
- Contribute to internal documentation by recording solutions and standard operating processes.
- Engage in professional development activities and adopt emerging tools and support techniques.
