Signet Jewelers is hiring a Junior AI Growth / Internal Engineer for a foundational, early-stage role. You will work directly with the Founding Team to shape and refine the company’s core, from strategy through to product implementation. In this hands-on position, you will support Sales and Architecture Teams by designing and building no-code Automation and AI solutions to optimize business outcomes and internal efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Provide hands-on support to Sales and Architecture Teams by designing and building no-code Automation and AI solutions.
- Optimize for the best business outcomes and create maximum value.
- Help design and implement growth strategies.
- Create content and demos.
- Push internal efficiency to the maximum.
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience with modern, no-code tooling for Automation and AI (e.g., n8n, Make, Zapier, OpenRouter, Clay, BrowseAI, ScrapeDo, Firecrawl, Bubble).
- Operational expertise implementing multiple AI models/LLMs programmatically within processes.
- Experience building AI processes and AI agents.
- Experience in sales/marketing or operational processes.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with a team.
Nice to Have
- General, jack-of-all-trades IT experience and expertise.
