What You’ll Do
- Design and implement full-stack features that enhance scalability, speed, and user experience.
- Integrate AI-driven capabilities to personalize learning paths and user interactions.
- Optimize performance through intelligent caching, CDN utilization, and efficient resource management.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to turn concepts into clean, responsive interfaces using React.js and Tailwind CSS.
- Lead technical discussions, contribute to architecture decisions, and help set engineering standards.
- Identify systemic issues and deploy proactive fixes to improve long-term stability.
- Work in Agile cycles, rapidly prototyping and refining features based on real user feedback.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–6 years of full stack development experience, or leadership experience in a startup environment.
- Strong command of TypeScript and React.js, with at least three years of hands-on work.
- Proficiency in Tailwind CSS for building sleek, responsive UIs.
- A mindset oriented toward AI integration—someone who naturally applies automation and intelligent systems to solve problems.
- Commitment to writing clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.
- Autonomy and initiative—you don’t wait for direction, you propose solutions.
- Fluency in both English and French, with strong communication skills across teams.
