FULL Creative is seeking a Jr System Engineer to manage systems, diagnose complex technical issues, and drive automation initiatives. You will provide critical support and help maintain infrastructure in a remote/hybrid work environment.
What You'll Do
- Test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify solutions, and work with developers to implement fixes.
- Install software applications necessary for employees to perform their roles.
- Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.
- Diagnose, resolve, and document technical issues.
- Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and move toward automation.
- Provide support for Mac and PC, following established software installation protocols.
- Provide Helpdesk and Remote Desktop support.
What We're Looking For
- Knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking.
- A demonstrated passion for learning and sharing the latest technology trends.
- The ability to thrive as a quick learner in an agile, start-up environment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work a night shift.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
- A required qualification of BE, BTech, BCA, BSc, or any Postgraduate degree.
Work Mode
This role offers a hybrid work model and is open to candidates working remotely or from our office in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
